Depending on the time required, we can appoint a full-time or part-time Refit Manager to oversee all project work. The appointed on-site manager liaises with the refit yard to supervise the project; they control the schedule and budget spend and ensure the quality of work remains consistent and high. The owner receives regular detailed reports throughout the refit period to ensure that requirements are being met. 

Through our refit work, we enjoy regular contact with manufacturers, shipyards and service engineers worldwide, so finding the right person for the job and completing it on time and budget is rarely an issue.
